Newberry Street is packed with high end, luxury stores and great for the well heeled traveler. It was fun to window shop and see where the rich and famous would shop in Boston. I also enjoyed a late lunch at The Met which had outdoor...More

The shops and restaurants are interesting when combined with the local folks that are in the neighborhood. People watching, friendly dogs, and a homey feel.

There is a nice blend of chain stores and unique boutiques with plenty of places to get coffee or a bite to eat. Plus cupcakes and Ben & Jerry's. a good place to fossick for an afternoon.

There are many fancy stores along the street, which are so beautifully decorated. It usually takes one hour to walk down the street.

Great street of shopping located in historic Back bay area. Blocks of shops, many located on multiple floors in same building can make for some searching for shops. But selections of stores and restaurants is pretty amazing

Unfortunately, Newbury Street has succumbed to the chain stores like most every other shopping district. There are still galleries and boutique shops but not as many as there used to be, and brand-name national/international stores could be found on almost every block. Feels a little...More

Not a lot of on street parking - I agree with other reviewers that your best bet for getting around Boston is park once and either uber or use the T. We find with 3 of us - we use uber a lot and its about the same as the T... More
