Great views and lovely walk. However does not go whole length of harbour as is currently blocked off in some spots. Only do the walk if you are not in a hurry as it involves walking around the docks so is not straightforward.

We walked a very small portion of the HarborWalk. The area we visited had a great view of the sailboats in the harbor with plenty of benches for relaxing.
