Stopped here on a Sunday for an early dinner, it was busy but not packed. I had a Cesar salad and hubby had jambalaya and we shared truffle fries. Everything was delicious! Server was great! Portion size was generous. I was very happy with my...More

Enjoyed a private party/concert at the House of Blues with their house band. I believe it was a 14 piece band. Very talented and put on a great show. Being from Michigan we really appreciated the emphasis on the Motor City music scene. The acoustics...More

Went for a pint and a bite before a game. Place was not just. Great location across from Fenway. Loved sitting outside and watching the crowd. Had a grumpy disinterested waiter. But atmosphere and food was solid.

Good place to grab a drink. Sitting at the bar wasn't great, so we snagged an area by the windows so we could watch people walking down the street. The menu isn't large, so we opted to only drink here.

Took in lunch before an afternoon ball game. Enjoyed the low key live entertainment. Food and service were both good. Nice atmosphere.

Fantastic sound at the House of Blues! Tips for other live music lovers...if you go to the House of Blues to see your favorite act and not just hear them, get there early if you bought mezzanine tickets. You can only see the band if...More

I have given this place a chance to redeem themselves and they have failed - miserably. The House of Blues in Boston is a great venue that is run with a very heavy hand by a staff that cares little for personal requirements of the...More

Went to see Dwight Yoakam, awesome performer, played a lot longer than most bands. There were two opening acts, not entirely sure who the second act was, the sound at our seats was slightly distorted, and made hearing the vocals a struggle at times. The...More

The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but
loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this
home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find
victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical
Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located
within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign
is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the
city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports

We actually made this an overnight visit, and the hotel parking was $25--which is cheap for Boston. Depending where you come from-- the taking the T is the better bet. Park offsite

Hi - if you take a bus (as suggested by sctredsox), just make sure to check the schedule so that you have a way home. Often concerts/events end around 10pm or later so you don't want to be stranded. Other options are to... More
