Our driver Brian was great, 5-star, and very knowledgeable but there just wasn't any meat and potatoes to this tour. This was probably the low light of our trip. Nothing the tour company or Brian did wrong, just a lot of driving for what you...More

We took the tour of Boston, Cambridge and Lexington to get an overview of the area which we often do when we have limited time. The bus was standard, I guess, but there really was no visibility for taller structures and the guide was often...More

The tour guide announced that he was new, but of course, we paid the same price as we would for an advanced tour guide. There was very little actual information provided despite the 90 minute ride. He spent most of the time in private conversations...More

The tour was fantastic. Folks have to understand that there is traffic, and there maybe some weather issues. The trolley picks you up at the hotel, it was 15 minutes late. Then picked up a few other hotels before heading to motor coach. We left...More

We took the New England Sea Coast trip on June 3. I think our driver's name was David. It was a very enjoyable trip. It was just as advertised. We left the Gray Line office at 9:30. About an hour later we stopped in Hampton...More

We did the Boston in a day sightseeing tour. It was average, I've been on similar tours in other cities which were way better. Positives are the hotel pick ups and drop offs. Negatives are the driver/ guide was a bit boring and repetitive. I...More

We have the 1 day tour (3978TOUR3) scheduled for Mon June 5 for 3 of us. We are staying at the Aloft hotel in Lexington. Do you pick up from that hotel? If not, where is the best place for us to meet the tour as we have a car and can drive to another pick up spot close by. Please respond to my email address at davidh@email.arizona.edu. Thank you.

Hi David, We do not pick up from Lexington. It is probably best for you to go directly to our tour office in Boston. If you call 617-720-6342 (Gray Line Tour Office), they will give you directions and instructions.
