We loved Cabrillo! Beautiful views of the city and the Naval base. The lighthouse is great and full of history. The tidal pool area is beautiful no matter where the tide is. Be careful there, you might get unexpectedly wet!

Yes , I think so, but recommend calling Park directly to confirm (or check their website). I didn't notice any pets while there, but wasn't really paying attention to that given the scenic beauty.

You have to pay to get into Cabrillo Monument which is $10 a car. The area covers the tide pools which closes are 4:30 but the rest of the park stays open until 5:00. That payment also covers the Lighthouse, Monument and... More
