Within 45 minutes walking distance to downtown and Gaslamp quarters. The park beside my accommodation was good, although i noticed a lot of harmless homeless people. i felt safe at all times.

There's so much to do! Amazing choice of eateries and groceries stores. And it's so close to Balboa, the park, the zoo, OB, the boulevard, mission and downtown.

This is San Diego's coolest neighborhood, a city neighborhood in a huge city that often feels like a suburb. Great restaurants and coffee shops. Nice place to stroll.

Lots to do. The nicest people around! Great fun bars and awesome choices of places to eat with top notch service. Everything is so relaxed and chill here. Must go!!

The diversity and kicked back lifestyle you feel in this area can only be experienced, not easily described. This area is predominantly LBGT and very open to all people, so leave your bias' and stereotypes at home... Enjoy the cafe's shops and culture!!!

I came to San Diego to an event and I must say this area was the place to be!!! Everyone was so Kind, The area was clean and plenty of restaurant s to choose from. Ill be back

We spen our Saturday here at the farmers market and then went over to the Hillcrest brewery. Got some great things at the market. Cheese, bread, pastries, t-shirts, plants, and good food.
