Discovered the park as walking towards gas lamp district, no game on so stadium and park open, you can see the majority of the stadium which looks much bigger on TV, kids play park and restaurants around. Could imagine if a game was on it would be a great place to sit on the grass and watch a game rather... More

This is a great place to visit, especially if you are a baseball fan. I went during the off season and spent about two hours with a tour guide and got to see the locker room, field, bleachers, press area, and so much more. This is a must see.

Super fan friendly. I love the grass hangout in Center field. Actually watched the World Baseball Classic here while on vacation. The downtown area is really nice as well. Lots of local bars and hangouts.

Excellent event. Good prices. Only problem, they don't have enough merchandise of the Teams, like caps, jerseys, etc.

Nice ball park. Good views. Enjoyable day at the park - in our case 6 days in the park. TERRIBLE people management for the last game - far far too few gates open - thousands of people missed 2-3 innings trying to get in. $13.75 for beer. Ugh.

This was my first visit to Petco Park. Was there for the WBC2017. Very beautiful facility! Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Great security and police presence. Great selection of food items. Although still expensive for snacks, like any park, the quality and quantity was very good. We sat in the same seats during the entire week and had the... More

MLB pulled off a winner when they brought Round 2 of the World Baseball Classic 2017 to PETCO Park in San Diego. What great baseball! The facilities were looking great, and ready for opening day only weeks away! The game last night was the largest attendance in WBC history! Having public transportation like bus service and the trolley helps the... More

We took the tour of Petco Park the day before the spring Monster Jam. Learning the history of the district, the history of the structure and seeing the infield set u for the Monster Jam were fun. It takes about 1.5 hours to take the guided tour, but you see every place in the park.

We took a self guided tour of the park during the San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering and it was wonderful. We had originally planned on taking a guided tour but they were not available during the festival so we just walked around on our own and were able to get a great feel of the park. It is... More
