I went to visit Marconi Beach one morning in November to see a sunrise. Instead it was overcast but with expansive viewing. There was a couple of surfers and paddle boarders with the occasional seals showing their curiosity. There was a migrating Humpback Whale heading...More

Top of cliff on the beach is thrilling when you consider the history, and a nice place to stand in any case, though most of the original location has been washed away, as happens. But equally thrilling is a walk through the cedar swamp behind...More

Wanted to stop by and see how Marconi was after storm damage from earlier and recent repairs. Stairs are now directly behind dressing rooms. Nicely redone. Noticed quite a few Seals swimming by throughout our stay - on a very quiet day with few (human)...More

Wow what a stunning beach ! Came her with my wife whilst on the Cape in fall and it was a great experience. Beautiful golden sand and scenery. We both loved watching the Sailboarding from the beach. A must if on the Cape !

This is the location of Marconi's famous transmissions, great historical beach and area. Our tour guide gave us much info. We got to go down the beach area, search for shells, etc. Display boards explained about the history. You could also stop at the top...More

This is the location of Marconi's famous transmissions, but there isn't much to see, except a few display boards explaining the history of the sight. Worth a quick stop.

A short drive from the station site this is another beach stretching for miles with great views and one lone seal. Unlike the other beaches this one has a very steep drop-off, so you are in deep water very quickly.

We visit the Cape every year and every year we visit both Nauset and Marconi Beaches. When we were at both beaches this year, it was after two hurricanes had meandered up the east coast and so the waves were spectacular. We relaxed at Marconi...More

This location has restrooms, and dressing rooms, which were still open when we were there. (Unlike some other beaches where the restrooms are locked, apparently for the season.) There is a long wooden stairway to get down to the beach. The view is fantastic, miles...More

This is the spot where Marconi made the third cross Atlantic wireless message transmission and the first location io both send and receive. The beach is part of the National Seashore, so all that comes with that comes with Marconi...the dunes, the miles of beach,...More

There is no place on the beach site itself to rent equipment. The main road that goes through Cape Cod, all the way up to Provincetown definitely has businesses for all that. I don't know any price information.
