This National Monument is worth the stop. It has a nice paved trail at the top. You can see for miles. It also has a picnic area. The staff is friendly and can give great information.

Didn't get to go around the road but saw it from the road and HAD to take pictures. I wasn't aware of this volcano. Would like to back and see the park.

Yes you can leave your trailer. They have an area in the parking area for you to do that. I have done it several times. This is a great attraction.
