This place is huge....we took a tour through the park on a pedi cab only way to go in my opinion. He stopped at the main spots and we were able to get off and take pics. The park itself is so peaceful it would be great to just go and sit for a few hours to unwind.

If you need a break and feel in nature at Manhattan this is your place. Sometimes the city has a depressing effect and everyone needs a rest. If you are unable to exit the Manhattan take the subway go to uptown and enjoy your day.

It was a great break from the city to take a stroll through the park. Much bigger than I imagined. Lots to do from ice skating to having a picnic.

I love Central Park! It is always so fun people watching, getting away from the madness of NYC and the ice skating was so much fun! Doesn't feel like you're in New York anymore when you're here

We walked back to our hotel in Midtown from the Met museum through central park. Lots of snow but a refreshing walk. Beautiful park. Stream was frozen. Made for great pics of midtown in the background

We enjoyed walking around, great place for the kids. We did get a ride from one of the bicycles. Negotiate the price before you get on!

Unfortunately it was raining the day we had pre-booked our horse and carriage tour so obviously did not see the park in it's full glory. And it was December, so no leaves on the trees. There is no denying it's a lovely park, great to see the birds outside the restaurant and it's a nice escape from the hustle and... More
