Good for tourist shops, people wearing strange costumes and lots of people. Summer seems to be very crowded with tons of people, families and adults from all over. Within walking distance to lots of places like Broadway, restaurants, shopping.

Times Sq is electric 24hrs per day! always busy with tourists & people going to the Broadway shows. We saw Sunset Boulevard with Glen Close...fabulous! plenty of places to eat & not expensive.

This is one tourist spot that we found visually, aurally overwhelming..times square in evening peak traffic is a sight to behold - the lights, the sounds, the people. As a tourist, plan to visit this at least twice - once on day time, once in...More

This is the wildest part of NYC - always crazy stuff going on. TKTS booth for discount show tickets, the naked cowboy, a hundred people taking selfies and overpriced souvenirs.

You obviously won't come to NYC without visiting Times Square. Be prepared, especially if you have small children, for the adult language and scenes. Currently, there's a group of topless ladies wearing body paint that walk around during the daytime hoping for photo ops and...More
