We hired the bikes to cycle in Central Park. Bikes were good and it was a clear and easy process to pick them up. Thanks for the experience! :)

The ride itself and guided tour was good value and a highlight of our stay in NYC. This overcame the horrible start as the staff in the office when arriving for the tour were genuinely unfriendly and rude, an alarming start to the experience.
