    Everything I hoped for
I went basically to watch 2 Brodway shows. The Phantom of the opera, which I've wanted to watch for more than 20 years and it is ending in April. And Funny Girl, since I am a big fan of the 1968 movie and Lea Michele fan, and she will be playing the role only until May.

A Fun Experience Day or Night
I stumbled across the iconic "Broadway/Times Square" by accident on my way to a shoe store. The buildings and video boards are amazing. The people watching was great as well. My first experience there was during the day, and it was just as impressive as when I went back the next evening. Any time is a great time to see this.

Fascinating street - runs through heart of Theater district
This is one of the great streets in a great city. It runs from the top to bottom of Manhattan. Walking along it, you see some of the best & worst of America. Strongly recommend walking this street while in NYC.

    ICONIC AND MANIC
Primarily in Midtown, the area is both frantic and mesmerising at the same time. A relatively easy 20 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and well worth the effort to get there to soak up the ambiance. My wife and I visited New York for two days as part of a larger trip and really enjoyed the opportunity to visit Broadway. The number of big show events is staggering.

    New Little Parklets
This diagonal street crosses much of Manhattan and takes you through many neighborhoods. One recent excellent change is the creation of little plazas that are closed to traffic right in the middle of big intersections. Chairs and tables and you have an instant cafe in the middle of a lot of activity. Brilliant! Check out Herald Square.

    Busy, busy, busy
We came here a couple of times back in June to take in the overall atmosphere and all the billboards advertising the latest shows on this famous part of Manhattan. It's all pretty busy here at most times of the day. In the evenings you have theatre guests milling around as they move to the shows they decided to see. I went to the Golden Theatre earlier in the day to see if they had any of the advertised cheaper seats to see Jodie Cromer in Prima Facie. They hadn't... I, for one, found the ticket prices ridiculously expensive. But that didn't stop my son shelling out on a ticket to see the Lion King at the Minksoff theatre. He enjoyed this musical immensely and even bought some of the merchandises. The streets around here are bustling with many street vendors selling fast food, drinks etc. All very lively.

    Fantastic!
My partner and I went to go and see Six whilst staying in New York. I absolutely loved it! The music was fantastic and the girls were extremely talented. It is not your typical theatre show as there are not any prop/costume changes. However, it is really fun and an easy watch musical. I thoroughly recommend and I would happily see it again!

Broadway is a road you automatically associate with Times Square and theatres. Indeed it bisects 42nd Street and this is where Times Square is located and it is in the theatre district but the road goes much longer. It starts in Union Square further South and goes to Columbus Circle and then up the Upper West Side to Washington Heights. There are lots different things to see as you go along the road depending on whereabouts in the city you are.

I liked the show, and my granddaughter loved it. What neither of us liked was two women standing just behind us, breathing down our necks and laughing in our ears because they had SRO tickets! I have never seen this before at a Broadway show (and I've been attending for 20 years). I am sure their tickets cost far nlless than ours, and I did not appreciate it...at all. I can't believe the fire department allows this! Very disappointing, to say the least. It really put a damper on our ability to enjoy the show.

The story of Neil Diamond’s life narrated through his music: a very good show with a talented cast and lively numbers. The lead actor playing Neil Diamond is wonderful and his voice sounds like the original.
I enjoyed the honest portrayal of the character and his depression which is more common amongst us than we think.
This doesn’t mean in any way that the show isn’t fun to watch. Great sense of humor throughout and wonderful ensembles.
If you’re a fan of his music do not miss!
We left the theater and peowere singing “Sweet Caroline “ in the street.

I cannot rave enough about this musical. I love the theatre and my family not so much. So MJ was a perfect choice to get some Broadway tickets in with my son who listens to MJ.

Wow, every aspect of this show is 10 out of 10.

Every single person involved in this production deserves an award for perfection.

All the MJs from you g Michael to Michael in his later years were spot on and highlighted their skills as artists - dancing, singing etc. The supporting characters were also fantastic.

The costumes, script, orchestra, lighting and sets will blow your mind.

I have never seen my son so exacted when a number came on. Smooth Criminal, Thriller … every set change will wow you.

Well done everyone. One we will return to in London.

The show is brilliant! If you have teen daughters they will love it, but so will the parents! Funny and the singing and dancing was outstanding! We had a couple making debuts and they were outstanding! All singing the songs the next day and want to see it again

Wonderful show! We read a lot of reviews after we bought amazing 3rd row center seats. So many reviews just so negative. This show was awesome! Everything involving the car was wonderful and the guy who played George McFly might as well have been Crispin Glover. Amazing! Everything was so wonderful. Marty & Doc were fantastic and so talented. Definitely worth watching!

Although I enjoyed the show, I wish they would have used more colorful wardrobe similar to the costumes of the original show. Just putting everybody in black is boring. The original, as in pictures I saw online, were so much more creative and adventurous. Also, the orchestra takes up so much space on the stage taking away from what could be some really awesome dance scenes and scenery changes. I wish they would follow more of the original images. I’ll be taking my mother in March to see it at the Pantages in Hollywood and am dreading sitting through the darkness and black costumes, again. Please, Chicago directors and choreographers: add some flair and color and personality to this show!

The worst, most overpriced production I’ve ever seen in musical theater. Choreography was high school drill team redundant and unimaginative, the lyrics were unintelligible, the songs indistinguishable from each other. The cast was talented enough. If you’re expecting a “Hamilton” quality show, an important moment in history sent to original and memorable music—fuggedaboutit! And all this for the steep price of $250+ per ticket.

SIX is about Henry VIII's six wives who each perform a song about their marriage. The songs were fun and I was amazed how the song writing summed up each character's experience so well. The history lesson was terrific. It helps if you know a little bit about each wife before attending. Incredible costumes, great vocals and the songs were so entertaining. The dance choreography was a bit basic but still good. The acting, music and history were all wrapped up together in a very enjoyable show. The musical had emotional parts but for the most part it was funny. It is an all female cast. It is a short show and performed like a pop concert style production. This show was a joyous celebration of women/sisterhood instead of a sad serious retelling of history. I absolutely LOVED everything about it! It is one of the best shows I have seen.

I took my 16 year old daughter who is a big MJ fan and she legit felt that was was the real MJ. My other 2 children (10 and 11) who also like MJ music loved the variety of songs that were chosen for the show. The actor dances, sang, smiled and did everything like Michael. The choreography was spectacular and the energy this show put on kept us engaged and entertained every minute of the show. It was 2:30hrs but felt way shorter and was extremely enjoyable! Best show ever with a lovely although heart breaking backstory of an abusive childhood and obsessive search for fame and perfection. As the show says “the price of fame” …
