Came on 4/26/17: No one cares!! Horrible will never go there again! I would like to give them a ZERO! Customer service is aweful. Front desk just pushed me to another employee who was leaving to show me around since it's my first time there. She just pointed here's the locker room the toilet shower ... then she left !... More

Had a horrible massage today. Completely lame massage but a male therapist who was quite rude. Incompetent staff. They have me a $15 discount but yet I still had to tip 20% to the therapist John since we did a bridal shower package. Very disappointing!

Visited Red Door while on a sisters trip to New York. We were greeted warmly and escorted to the locker room and then on to the relaxation lounge. The lounge was standard for nicer spas-low lights, comfy chairs, fruit-infused water, etc. Unfortunately a large group of women were speaking so loudly the rest of us could not really relax. Deeply... More

I had a relaxing day at the spa. I got a body scrub, shower and moister rub. I like that the shower is in the same room as you get the scrub. I also got my hair done. Great job. I would go back when in NYC.

My friend and I planned a girls weekend in NYC. We learn that on our first full day there was going to be a snow storm!! So, we called Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon on Fifth Avenue and booked full spa days. It was the highlight of our trip! Hot stone massage, facial, spa lunch, manicure, pedicure, shampoo and blow... This place does give you a good mani/pedi however it is not really the 'height' of luxury, I think if you expect to get good service and be in and out it is a great experience, but if you want to indulge more than I would suggest another location perhaps or another spa.

I could give minus stars if I could. You thing a salon with that name in the middle of New York City on 5th ave its really nice, WRONG!!! I had a gift card so I went to get my hair done. I usually get highlights and my hair is long, strait, (and at this time one color) so I... More

The Olive Oil manicure and pedicure is my favorite nail treatment at any spa, and I have been to many, many spas and salons in both the United States and Europe. Not only are the products wonderful, but also the nail technicians at the Red Door are incredibly skilled and very mindful of cleanliness, which is absolutely important to me.... More

I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure with Hope. She was friendly, thorough, professional and gave me one of the best manicure/pedicures I've ever had. Great experience. Then I decided to get a shampoo/blow dry and my hair looked worse after it was finished than when I walked in. The young woman who did it was extremely nice but it... More

Booked a girls weekend in NYC, We booked massage, facial, manicure and makeup package. The spa was running way behind schedule. They only had one make-up artist there and we were three ladies. Our appointments were scheduled to start at 2 pm and we did not leave the spa until after 8. The treatments were wonderful! Would have been perfect... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
