Made in china

Now even my $80 shirt is made in China! I may find another place to shop for menswear . I just do not find the old quality in the new supplier.

4 floors of beautiful clothes with calm, pleasant, relaxing atmosphere and attentive service. I'd rather buy one or 2 well-chosen items from here than fill my spare case with bulk -buy stuff from Macys just because they've got a designer logo on them and they're cheaper than in the UK. $140 for their classic oxford cotton button down collar shirts... Tried to return a BB ladies blouse that developed holes in the collar with routine washing. They would not give store credit. Their material is inferior to many cheaper brands whose shirts do not rip or shred like Brooks Brothers' shirts do. Other companies will give store credit for damaged merchandise no questions asked. No more BB purchases for me.... More

This is not the Brooks Brothers I knew! I have shopped there for 40 years and have never experienced this sort of quality. I bought an expensive pair of pants there about two years ago – the lining totally frayed. When I brought it back, I was told that was just to be expected, normal wear and tear (I probably... More

I have visited this location multiple times this past year, every time I go I REALLY want to give you my money Brooks Brothers, but the horrible treatment I receive keeps me from spending $1. I am a big fan of the company and it's history. I am in my mid-20's and work in lower Manhattan, when I frequent the... More

Always something to tempt an opening of the wallet. Shirts are great. Bought 2 belts this time. Last time it was golf clothes. Great shorts, long pants, and shirts. The time before, shirts. Wonderful classic clothes for women. My wife loves the styling. Cannot go wrong here. Expensive. Bargains to be found.

Great store; helpful staff; open late enough to get just the right accessory (bow tie for teen in this case) for attending Broadway production.

I always shop at the Brooks Bros store on Madison. Love their shirts and blazers. I was lucky last week as they were having a Friends & Family 25% discount on everything in the store. I bought a great blazer, shirts and BB polo shirts in some lovely colours. Great staff, I always ask their tailors to "inspect" me before... More

We went to the Midtown east store, and there was a great selection for both men and women. The staff was friendly and helpful, finding sized not on display for me and also suggesting some great alternatives. There's something for everyone, and while not cheap, the quality is worth the price tag if you want something classic and that will... More
