Lovely memorial

Lovely place to pay your respects for the lost. only spoilt by some people doing stupid poses, it's a place to show respect.

The beautifully constructed Catholic Memorial at Ground Zero is a quiet, somber place to visit. Very emotional, heart breaking and sad that it was built after a devastating event where life used to be happier and families used to be together. I cried, our tour guide cried too. I could only be there a short while because it was too... More

Very moving to see in person. The site of where the 2 buildings stood and the pools are an amazing site. Worth the visit to see in person.

This memorial is on the site of where the twin towers stood. Very emotional as you read the names engraved on the stones surrounding the memorial. Make sure you plan a trip round the memorial shop beside the memorial.

The outside memorial area is worth a visit We also visited the museum indoors and it was just not for me. We must never forget but I found this a little bit too much for profit making

We went there in Sept last year and were there for the Anniversary of 9-11 - a very sad day but it was a very neautiful day the sun was shining and so many people went to pay their respects. We had been there before and we bought our 9-11 memorial bands and wore them. I wear them every year... More
