I watched the sun go down and city lights come on in the Gotham Lights and NY After Dark tours. Great sunset views over the water. Friendly staff and home of the Atlantic Supergirls, who stand up paddle boarded from NYC to Miami (1,500 miles).

I'm not sure how that works. There are people who store their Kayaks there for a yearly fee. If you want to join a tour with your own equipment you should probably give them a call. They're very flexible.
