Jon White was absolutely wonderful. The memorial and museum was really well done. The only thing I can think of that bothered me was that there really was very little mention of the crew and passengers of the planes that were hijacked. There were pictures...More

Our tour guide Alison made the tour very relatable due to her sharing her personal experience. Relevant places were pointed out that would be missed without a guide.

EXCELLENT, Daniel did an outstanding job covering that awful day. He gave a very moving, informative and vivid account of 9/11 and his personal accounts were very real. I was very impressed by the entire Memorial and the Sacred nature of the site being upheld....More

Although it was pouring with rain, that was coming in horizontally, the walking tour with Rob was excellent. We walked from St Paul's chappel, through the Oculus and ended up at the ground Zero memorial pools. Because of Robs presence in NYC on September 11,...More

We had a great tour with Mike. When you are in NY you have to do this tour! We didn't buy tickets for the museum because we had a city pass.

My family are as a general rule are not tour takers. But I would recommend this tour. Even though it rained for total outdoor portion of the tour. Robert was a very knowledgeable tour guide.

This is a profound and moving tour. Guides for this company must have been in NYC for 9/11 or have someone close to them have been here. The tour guide, Ray, was here. He shares with you real life experiences of the days and weeks...More

Hi, Nancy. What would you like to know about this attraction? How do I get a refund for our tour? I can not find a phone number or an email to speak to a human being.

If we add the observatory to the tour do we have to queue to get in and does this give us priority access

The observatory visit would have a timed entry to take place right after the tour ends. You usually go right up, but sometimes you might have a wait 5 or 10 minutes with other people with that same time.

Do you have time for lunch during the tour? I don't see anything about dining anywhere.

The walking tour portion is only 1.5 hours. We don't stop for lunch on the tour, but there are many dining options around. Including inside the 911 Memorial Museum and inside One World Observatory.
