It's a meeting point for me, a little spot in the middle of Central Park, quite magical, and even more when there are buskers, I have heard some amazing music around the fountain, as well as watched bubble makers, jugglers and all manner of people...More

An iconic location that was beautiful to see. Loved people watching and listening to musicians play for tips.

I very much enjoyed the views all around and behind the statue. The lake with all the boaters brings more beauty to it. The fountain is in the lower end of the park and also has bathrooms nearby.

This is an especially scenic area of Central Park. The fountain wasn't on for some reason while we were there, maybe for maintenance or something. Still... it was very beautiful!

Remembering seeing it in movies, it is just like I thought it was, beside a bassin were you can do rowing.

There is no one place in Central Park that is more iconic, more romantic then Bethesda Fountain. Grab a book, grab a picnic, go with someone you love and just sit and enjoy.

Beautiful spot to pass through and rest in complete peace. The fountain is reviving and the view of the lake is peace inducing. Sit down by the trees with a view of both the lake and the fountain and relax with your loved one.

Hi! I agree with the previous answers. A place to be visited in the daylight I would say. I don't know the times it is turned on as the times I visited it it was on. By the way, I was there early in the morning once and... More
