Bought general admission tix for Dana Fuchs on Sat. 3/25/17. Arrived at door opening time and was second party in line to be seated. As per club policy first come/first serve as far as seating. We were escorted into empty club and followed usher to upper level seating area in rear of club. I questioned usher as to why we... More

This is my second time here, First time for Buckwheat Zydeco (RIP), great show, and light bites were tasty and served in a timely manner. So we were excited to bring another couple along for a full dinner, arriving at 7:15 for the 8:00 show. The tickets were $30 which gets added to your dinner bill. I thought the staff... More

I traveled to NYC to see a specific musician, within an all star band setting. After reserving the ticket, the club informed me a few days in advance, that on 1 of the 3 days the band was playing, that specific musician was replaced by somebody else - which gave me a chance to re-book the ticket to another day.... I saw Les Paul here some years back. Been a couple other times. This time we saw Acoustic Alchemy who were very good. Wine was good. Great evening. I think it was $35 for the show. Can't beat that in NYC!

Traditional NYC small performance space. You are hear for the music not the food and drinks ( although well prepared, w/ nice drinks selection and reasonably priced ). Great sound, helpful and attentive staff. Parking is always the issue in NYC.

First time to this club and was very pleasantly surprised. It's small and ''cozy' like all jazz clubs in NY but much less cramped and uncomfortable. Very friendly staff and efficiently getting food and drinks to the table. The food was just OK but wasn't expecting much. The grilled romaine salad was actually very good. The steak was nicely prepared... More

The Iridium club in Manhattan, just a few blocks from Times Square, is not only a jazz club, but a venue for classic rock, and folk-rock artists as well. Recent performers there were Marty Balin and Aztec Two-Step. Marty Balin played with is own back up musicians, but he is widely known as the singer, song-writer for the Jefferson Airplane,... More

This is ABSOLUTELY NYC's best value in terms of talent, sound, staff, seating. It is just unparalleled--from the minute you are greeted at the door, but your lovely hostess Lisa, all the way to the bartenders and those ever effervescent servers. LOVE this place. Would not want to change a thing. A true classic. Will be back again, and again,... More

Iridium is the quintessential New York jazz experience. You go down a flight of stairs into a room that holds around 100 people. We heard Ron Carter, Billy Drummond and Jayvon Jackson...three of the world's best. Recommend having dinner and drinks. It's a listening room atmosphere. Lots of fun.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
