Gorgeous old theatre and a fabulous show (Hamilton). -Long line already queued when we arrived 30 minutes prior to show time. But line moved very quickly once doors opened. -Restrooms are in basement and very long line at intermission. There is a handicapped restroom on...More

The show, Hamilton, is spectacular, but so is the attitude of house manager Tim Pettolina and his staff . My husband uses a walker to get around, and every time he has seen this show (5 times!), everyone goes out of his way to help...More

We thoroughly enjoyed Hamilton but were surprised that there was no elevator access. That was an issue for a couple of us in our group. Also, the restrooms are on the bottom floor so if you have tickets in the balcony and need a break...More

Gorgeous theatre...and the second row seats (play the Hamilton lottery, folks!) weren’t too shabby. Comfortable seats in a small-ish intimate theatre. Beautiful ornate ceiling and decor. But be warned—only one ladies room!

We went to New York specifically to see Hamilton and the play did not disappoint. However, though the seats were comfortable enough, there was less leg room here than in any other theater I have ever been to. I was lucky enough to be on...More

My young adult daughter and I were very fortunate to have won the lucky seat lottery and saw the superb “Hamilton “. I can’t say enough of how welcoming the staff were. We were shown right to the box office (no waiting) and received our...More

Hamilton is not only a wonderful musical theater experience, it is also a fantastic American history lesson, better than anything I learned in high school.

Went to Richard Rodgers theater to see Hamilton. The show was fantastic, couldn’t recommend it enough! However, I’m just an average height person at 5’11” but my knees were jammed against the seat in front and I was numb from the waste down by the...More

The ladies room experience at the Richard Rogers Theatre was dehumanizing. The line was incredibly long and they have impolite employees rushing you along like you are cattle. All they would need was an electric prod to complete the experience. The line issue may not be...More

We attended a matinee, but they opened the theater doors 30 minutes before curtain. We were in line earlier, but honestly, the line went quick! We were very surprised they got everyone into the theater in 30 minutes.
