If there is a choice stick to the ABT. The fact is the NYCB dancers mostly aren't as beautiful or talented as those in the ABT. They lack the super talented foreign dancers that the ABT has. The sets are meagre too. They mostly do...More

I always love visiting the NYC Ballet. The hall is wonderful and you can see the performances, just about from any seat!

One of the world's best ballet companies (I think the best after seeing other world renowned companies) leaves you in awe. The experience is almost overwhelming. Seats can be expensive and hard to come by (especially for The Nutcracker around Christmas) but, by and large,...More

One of the best in the world at Lincoln center, nyc. Famous Nutcracker seen in December each year, & the prime Ballets are danced nightly! Ballerinas must be of the best all around dancers from around the Globe!

It is undeniably the best place to go for ballet. The ballet is full of grace and beauty. The dancers make it look so easy and we know is not. The years of practice and the sacrifices they make is incredible. We admire them, but...More

The NYC Ballet performance we visited on the 7th Feb was amazing. The orchestra combined with spectacular visual ballet was sublime. There were 3 ballets, with two intermissions. The Western ballet was our favourite. The house champagne is a steal at 11$. Excellent!
