Nice Hike and Views ... Waterfall Just Okay

This is a pretty hike that ends with a lack luster fall. The hike is a good one for kids, and has pretty vistas.

Most likely, the falls are low in October ... Navajo Lake water level looked low, too. There is a platform to get a tight view of the small falls. The hike itself was very scenic! Great views of Zion off in the distance and probably awesome fall foliage at the beginning of October. Trail is well done and relatively an... More

I've been snowed out TWICE trying to do this hike. Finally got the chance and it was SO worth the wait. It's fairly easy but if you have mobility issues (or you're lasy and hate stairs like me), it's gonna be a challenge. I loved how you turn that corner and you can hear the Falls ROAR! You'll see what... More

Well maintained trail, stunning views, viewing platform limits photography options. Road out to trail head well packed and smooth

If you like photography, it is a great area to take panorama's. The hike isn't hard, just some changes in grade, ok for everyone and dog friendly!

Such a beautiful walk. Very easy with some elevation but gradual. Colors are spectacular! Well cared for trails, benches for resting and trees for shade.

This is such an awesome and easy hike that you can do with the whole family. The trail is well maintained with steps and two areas where you can sit. You get an awesome view of Zion and the beautiful surroundings in this area of Duck Creek Village and Navajo Lake. We hiked down by the water and also looked... More

This short hike is a nice half day activity. Take some water and a few snacks. You could even take along a picnic lunch; however, the hike is not that long. Four year old children can even make the trip. During dry years there won't be much water. The falls a not really a powerful falls and is the water... More

These falls are beautiful and you stand at the top of the falls as the water rolls out of the mountainside. The trail is approximately 3/4 mile hike and it is fairly well maintained. However, it can be rather steep in places. Take drinking water and enjoy the area. The trail head is actually in Duck Creek Village which is... More

If you are in the Duck Creek Village or Navajo Lake area the falls are nearby. From the Duck Creek visitors center take route 370 which turns into 054. It is a dirt road and sign posted. There is ample parking and a bathroom is available at the trail-head. There were locals and families alike on the trail. It is... More
