This place is what it is. Tickets are reasonable and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. They did tend to run out of beer or stop serving part way through shows which is annoying.

Went for Winter Jam and had a great time with the concert. Had to leave early, after being there for 6 hours, to eat. I could not justify paying more for a small fountain drink and a single slice of pizza than admission cost. We attend events here a few times a year, but the food prices are absolutely ridiculous.

Concerts, sporting events, the circuses from around the world; you will find it all at Verizon Arena. The seats are comfortable, rest rooms clean and safe, and concessions won't break the bank. Excellent sound, and not a bad seat in the house!

This place needs a face lift. It looks like an old dump on the outside. Take a look at the white siding if you can - DIRTY!!! Parking sucks here too. Not that there isn't any or enough but I think they gouge you $$. Service inside is slow slow slow. Maybe they are understaffed I don't know... Time for... More

They do the best they can to make a multi use old arena into a place where lots of different shows can be seen. It's obvious that they're very concerned about safety and security when parking outside since spaces close to the arena go quickly. But if you find a performer you want to see and it's at Verizon, get... More

I've been to several concerts at this venue but, this is the only one that I had ever been to that they ran out of beer when the concert started. I've never in my life, the lines were terribly long and after standing for 30 minutes you get to the front and then they tell you they are out of... More

This was my third trip to this arena and by far the worst experience of the three. Attended the Eric Church show on 2/4/2017. The concession stand lines were absolutely TERRIBLE. By far the worst I have ever seen in my life. Waiting time was 30-45 minutes. I'm not sure if they were understaffed or what the problem was. Maybe... More

Great venue we were in section 219 which is in the rafters but still could see him on stage and the viewing screens were nice. Would recommend this place. In and out was very good for a sold out crowd. One complaint if you wanted a beer the line was 45 mins, so buy 2 when you are there.

Verizon area ran out of beer within an hour of the concert starting! It started at 8pm and last until close to midnight. Everyone was so upset about the arena being out of alcohol, it ruined the night. Each person maybe got 2 beers, if that! Eric Church did great, but the arena dropped the ball and really ruined the... We attend many events at Verizon and our only complaint is the higher up you are, the more your view is blocked by large speakers, large scaffolding hanging walkways. Stay low for seats and all is well, trying to get cheap seats will lead to poor views. We have been as high as row 22 in the upper section and... More
