Had a recommendation to see this while in El Paso. It was well worth the $8 price tag. There was quite a wait to actually get in the tram; we arrived at 12 on a Saturday so that was expected. Hearing the history from the...More

Well if your in El Paso your used to the desert. However, this gives you a little better view of what the surrounding area looks like. Great little weekend trip.

The tram was fun. Our operator shared some interesting facts with us. I think it’s a bit pricy for what you get. It’s a short ride up and not a lot to see once you’re up there but worth a one-time trip up just to...More

This is a must do when visiting the El Paso area. Nice ride with beautiful views and fun "facts" provided by the Park staff. Beautiful views once you reach the top - no rush or hurry. Stay as long as you want and then depart...More

You can’t beat the $8 price to take a round trip up the mountain on a tram. The tram takes you up about 5100 feet above elevation and it’s quite a view! The tram does not have A/C so it was a little stuffy inside...More

Unfortunately, the tramway was not operating during my visit to El Paso; it's only open Friday through Sunday. I've taken the tram before and the views are spectacular during the ride and at the top. Only $8/person for a round-trip ride.

Great experience, especially for kids if you've never ridden a tram. Quick trip to the top where you can see Texas, New Mexico and Mexico.

You can't beat the views from the top of the mountain. It is $8.00 well spent. From the top you can see El Paso, Juarez and Las Cruces. Make sure you take your camera and get there early, the lines tend to get long later...More

There is plenty of parking and it's a short walk to the ticket booth. There is also a trail that runs up the mountain from the parking lot if you are feeling ambitious.

Pretty busy on a holiday weekend, but no problem on a regular, non-holiday weekend. But best to go early anytime.
