This is an excellent museum for plane buffs. It traces the air force's history in planes from its earliest days to the present. President's Kennedy's plane was the most poignant aircraft.

Awesome is the word I think of when here. I've been here 5 or 6 times and each visit made lasting memories. Make sure you visit when in the area.

Amazing how many planes fit in a hanger...well organized museum..FREE. Wear comfortable shoes...we walked for 5 hrs. Very interesting!

If you enjoy museums, you need to visit this one. The displays and the information provided is incredible. I can’t write a long review because no matter what I say, it won’t do justice. Just go and enjoy!!!

Admission is free. There is an extra charge for the movie and simulators.

Richard K is right. They do have motorized carts and wheechairs. If possible the museum ask that you try and bring your own wheelchairs. This has been a rule at the museum for a very long time. Please keep in mind that... More
