I hadn't been to the Moravian Book Store in some time. I decided to visit to purchase some prints of Bethlehem to my disappointment the selection was not what I remember. The café was closed (which by the way had the best scones) and I was the only person in the store and it was mid afternoon. Not sure I... More

I confess I almost never buy a book here. I pick up review guides, calendars, note cards and lots of gifts. Yep, this store has a bit of everything. You can find really unique gifts. The cafe when it's open also is wonderful to sit and relax before heading out to shop along Main Street.

I truly am sad they took out half of this shop. Also the staff was rude except for one young male sales clerk.yes it was the day after Christmas and they were tired, but no excuse. Get another job if you can't handle retail.

Was here for Christmas, large store with a wonderful selection of Christmas decor and gifts. Enjoyed a leisurely browse thru the store..

Gifts and books and more in a nice, old fashioned setting. Lots of support people available to help with shopping - cut PET section for gifts for animals and owners, nice Christmas Ornament selection - and books - lot of books. Including a recommendation section which I find nice.

The Moravian Book Shop is just a wonderful place to visit. Lots of books for adults and children, a nice cafe, clothing items and a huge selection of Bethlehem and Moravian stars. Lots of craft items also. Nice, homey feel and it is an independent bookstore, a rarity these days.

If you are spending the day in Bethlehem there is so much to see and do. I would highly recommend the Moravian Book Shop as it definitely is not just books (although I have purchased many interesting books there). There is so much to take in....from the beautiful crafts, gifts, ornaments, unique clothing to the chocolatier and quaint cafe. I... More

We live in Bethlehem, but a trip downtown is always a treat when we go into the magical Moravian bookstore. Bookstore is a misnomer for this unique gift store that takes up half a block. It does have a great selection of books but my favorite things to look through and purchase are the many Bethlehem and Moravian stars. We... More
