Bring your mountain bike and sense of adventure. This is one of the underrated activities at Mammoth for most visitors who come mainly in the snow months. That makes it prime for everyone else! It's not too crowded and the trails - including single track-...More

Mammoth have done wonders in turning their essentially winter resort into a mountain biking heaven. If you're into downhill or cross country mountain biking this is the place to be, and I'm into that so I was excited for this place. But it's so expensive...More

After having skied here a couple times in the recent I was eager to enjoy the slopes/trails on a MTB. This being my first time cycling on this altitude + 11000FT was already a great experience. Briljant views at the start from the top when...More

Tell your friends and their friends -- this is a great bike park. Take the gondola to the top and bike the ski runs. Very fun!

Not so impressed with beginner lessons. The instructor pushed our girls ( age 10) a little harder then we or they would have liked. Both fell numerous times on route ( from adventure center to Village) and one daughter had road rash as a result...More

First time to Mammoth. I need to bump up my spring on a Vivid R2C shock... are there shops around Mammoth that might carry one? Or... that I can call ahead and have them order one, pay over the phone, and have it there when I arrive? It's a bit too late for me to take care of this by ordering locally. Thanks!
