The library building is lovely and the staff are very knowledgable and helpful..It is situated in a cultural neighborhood. There is decent rare book collection on the upper floor.

The building is beautiful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There was also a rare book collection upstairs. Plus, it is free!!!!

This library is a library, except on one of the floors are housed rare and old books which was really interesting. The building, too, is interesting. Other than that, just a library!
