LOVE the Wissahickon Valley Park! We are so blessed to have such a great park system so close tom Philadelphia. We take our dogs here all the time. Also as photographers we love doing engagement sessions and family photos here!

Impossibly pleasant in city park - once the largest in the world - offering mostly shaded broad flat walkway called Forbidden Drive suitable for everyone. Please keep your dog on a leash though.

One minute your in the city and the next your in this paradise. It’s an easy escape for a walk with nature or a peaceful run. The trails are amazing and it’s a true escape from the daily hustle.

Walking, running, biking, fishing... you can do it all here. There is also a restaurant and snack bar if you walk far enough. I have been here for all seasons and each time of the year is a peaceful place to enjoy.

The walking paths in this lovely park are a nice break from asphalt and cement. There's the constant rush of the neighboring stream and plenty of joggers, dogs and strollers. If you go off the main path, there are tons of trails that lead to...More
