In your way into the old town area to see the bell so worth stopping off to view. Bottom and top of the building are wonderful but the middle is plain.

Great to see and hire Old City Hall in Philadelphia...it is very well worth viewing and walking through the old City district.

It was interesting to see the old courtroom and hear the rangers explanations. Stop by on your way to the liberty bell etc!

In the Market St near the old City there is this beautyfull City Hall you can go true it or around it. Beautiful columns and on one side of the sidewalk, water comes out of fountains, which is very useful for children in the summer.

If you like history this is an interesting place to go visit. Located in the heart of Philadelphia close by attractions the Liberty bell. Parking is like any major city problematic your best. If you’re lucky Might find parking on the side streets.

Hi There, Yes there is definitely a view from the top! Lookup information at the Visit Philly website under "Top Five Sky-High Vantage Points". Sorry this website doesn't allow pasting links here
