Fun zoo for all. You won't need to spend all day planning your visit. Small, very clean and just the right size to keep all interested. Plan on walking hills, if you want to see everything and don't forget the lake side train ride!

Nice zoo to visit if you live in the area. Very clean and the animals seem to be very well cared for. Not an expensive visit either and you can easily spend a few hours walking around and enjoying all the zoo has to offer.

The Zoo is adorable and there's a large parking lot across from the facility. Kids had a great time.

We saw a young boy tease a big cat in his cage. The child had one of those plastic bats and rubbed it across the fence. The cat was so disturbed--the kid's father was oblivious. Terrible. Animals don't belong in cages.

A nice relaxing zoo. We went on day when a bunch of school kids were in field trips, but the layout of the zoo made it manageable.

This is a really great zoo - it's not too big or overwhelming - but large enough to see a nice array of animals. The giraffes were mesmerizing. And we loved watching the prairie dogs. There are many areas to sit and rest and very...More

I'd say go early and your visit will be a much better experience. The zoo tends to get very crowded as the day goes on. So I'd say 2-3 hours is enough to see everything.
