What an amazing home to visit. This house was completely designed by Mamie and was the only home they ever owned. It is not a palace and definitely an upper class home for its day. The most wonderful part is it is almost 100% authentic...More

A good way to decompress and enjoy an afternoon at Ike and Mamie's home. Amazing how modest the house is. See the difference in Presidential security from the 1950's to today. This tour is well worth the price.

I highly recommend visiting the Eisenhower farm on your trip to Gettysburg. It is always interesting to learn about the lives of presidents before and after their time in office.

While in Gettysburg, it is worth spending about 2-3 hours, or more, visiting Eisenhower's only home they ever owned. This farm is very peaceful and a house is reflects the way they lived their lives after the Presidency. Lots of artifacts are there and the...More

This off shoot tour in Gettysburg was a hidden surprise. Eisenhower is iconic, but in an understated way - hence easy to miss in history. This tour was so interesting, and a wonderful break for all the battlefields and downtown chaos. We at first thought...More

I think they were about $ 7.50 p/p. Can be purchased at the battleground visitor center. There is a shuttle bus from there (no private cars allowed at the farm).

The farm is open year-round, however the hours vary based on the season. The best choice is to check out the official NPS website for Eisenhower NHS; or to call the Site itself or the Gettysburg NMP Visitor Center... More
