I really enjoyed this museum. The exhibits were fairly repetitious but it’s still quite a quick stop. I believe it took us both under an hour and I read and watched everything. Bring your AAA card for a discount.

Yes, do stop in this museum. It is smaller but it is one of those experiences that add to your knowledge of a major piece of history. Putting one's self in Lincoln's place (literally) the night before the address, somehow adds to the Gettysburg Address.

The David Wills House ($6.50 per adult) is a historic property at Lincoln Square that has been converted into a museum which highlights President Abraham Lincoln's stay here shortly after the battle of Gettysburg. Opening Hours vary through the year. During summer the David Willls House is open 10am to 5pm daily. Much of what you see here when it... More

Here is the house where Abraham Lincoln finished his Gettysburg address. There is a great museum along with the actual room where Lincoln stayed. A definite place to visit where history comes to life!

President Lincoln stayed at this house the night before he delivered the Gettysburg Address. You can immerse yourself in the historical significance of this special very special place.

Loved going through this old home, lots of information on the history of this home, and of Abraham Lincoln.

Although we have been to Gettysburg many times, the David Wills House is a relatively new experience for visitors. The home is beautiful, inside and out. Not only is the room accessible that President Lincoln stayed in but it is appointed with the actual bed (including the bed coverings) that President Lincoln slept in the night before the Gettysburg Address.... Although it sounds like a great spot to hit while in Gettysburg, this tourist attraction is only great for one thing...maybe two. If you need to get out of the heat, there is a/c and it was kind of cool to see where Lincoln stayed the night before his address. Most of the house filled with the knowledge that you... More

This is set up as a museum you have to pay to go through. We only hit the foyer. Not impressed. at all.

I have been to Gettysburg many times, but this is a relatively new museum and I had never been here. I am so glad that we went. The admission was the pretty standard price ($7). It is new and a little high tech, but don't let it put you off. The restoration is beautifully designed and it is self guided... More
