Featuring The area's only complete wax collection of American Presidents and their first ladies as well as a beautiful gift shop. The Hall of Presidents is located across the street from the Gettysburg Tour Center and next to the main entrance of the National Cemetery. It is incredible to be able to see what our Presidents really looked like and to hear the words attributed to them as if the words came from the very lips of the figures themselves. The Hall of First Ladies present authentic 1/3 size reproductions of the First Ladies in their inaugural gowns.

Dusty and a bit worn, yet we still thought it interesting to see. Just needs work and updating. I'd skip this next time I go. Just the battle scene they had was worth seeing, but old and worn manikins.

This attraction no longer exists - it closed down & the figures were auctioned off. Sole "survivor" when I was down there last month was Like outside the door.

I first went here way back in 1990 with my wife and new son. Gettysburg has lost just a little bit of nostalgic charm with the passing of this (admittedly a bit cheesy) museum.

Vintage wax museum of American Presidents and first ladies. Hear presentations in four rooms of presidential figures and enjoy self-guided tour of gallery of first ladies. Small gift shop with few logo items. A classic that is closing permanently (not for season) at the end...More

This place was very interesting. It had wax lifesize figures of all the presidents. Each one talks about what he accomplished during his presidency. You go thru 4 or 5 rooms to listen to them. After that there is a room which has miniature versions...More

I liked how they did this in a few rooms as opposed to all in one. I also thought it was nice that you had chairs to sit in while listening . This also helped in not having a lot of people crowded in. I...More

Each life size president says a few words about his term in office that gives a great way to appreciate that all have had trying times. The visuals and the words can make it easy to identify the sequence of the presidents. The First Lady...More

Very Cool self tour. We were all by ourselves s there was no wait in October. Each President speaks and it is interesting in how much you can learn. The statues are cool but not perfect. Jimmy Carter almost looks cartoonish, however it is recommended....More

I had an enjoyable visit to this attraction. Wax figures of each president (full size) and first lady (1/3 size) show the fashions of the time period. There is an audio blurb for each president. The wax likenesses were not all that true to life,...More

Such a great place to get an education of our presidents. As we walked through, we learned so much. Would do this again soon.
