We took a bus tour first and then went to the museum and it put it all together for us. The circular painting made it very emotional and thought it was a beautifully set up. Need to visit to make your visit complete.

If you are going to do the automobile self guided tour, start here first. We did not and while we were fine...this fell at the end of our tour and would have been great as the beginning. The Cyclorama was incredible. ..possibly my favorite part.

Good value. Low cost. The cyclorama is profound. The displays cover all aspects of the war and battles and brought it home for us to see the artifacts of the daily lives of the officers and soldiers. Good facility with nice rest rooms.
