We decided to have a late lunch to celebrate and this was a perfect place! It was fun and colorful! We sat at the bar, started with drinks and enjoyed the homemade chips with bacon dip! Yum! Then I had a Reuben and my spouse had the fried chicken! My Reuben was delicious! The dressing on my side salad was... More

My daughter has been to Sweet Pete's twice for field trips, great experience. The prices are a tad high but our kids love visiting Sweet Pete's.

Great food and excellent "sweet treats". Very convenient location to get a treat or relax and enjoy a meal while attending activities in the downtown Jacksonville.

Happened to be across the street from Sweet Pete's and had to visit. Thee place is known for its salted caramel. Free samples lets you know the candy is outstanding. I bought the chocolate covered potato chips, the chocolate covered cherries were excellent, and the caramel/chocolate covered apple was the best I have ever had. WOW!! they also have sandwiches,... It was very exciting and colorful. Had a wonderful time and the food was great. The candy making experience was something I had never done before, learned a lot, tasted candy that did not appear to be what you thought it tasted like. Very exciting experience and would recommend this place to anyone who likes candy and great food.

This spot is amazing! I'd heard of it and finally went to check it out. I have nothing but superlatives to say about it. The building is beautiful with a large covered porch. The Candy Apple Cafe is to the left of the entry and there's candy displayed in the foyer and in the store to the right. There are... More

Go upstairs. Let me repeat, go upstairs. They have a packaged candy shop when you first enter the building. But the real magic is upstairs. I didn't even know about the second level when I went in. There is no signage. It wasn't until I asked about a particular candy that they said to go upstairs. This is where they... More
