Like a lot of others, we have followed Lewis & Clark from St. Louis to the Pacific. The staff at Fort Mandan made that stop much more educational and to us, interesting. Fort Clatsop is still worth the out of the way drive. Just be...More

If you are into history it's a great stop. I am not big into these museums and also hoped my kids would enjoy it more. Do have a ranger program for kids to complete.

The gift shop was top notch, but the rest of the attraction was crowded, we spent 45 minutes there. The friends group does a great job!

Check out the place where Lewis and Clark holed up for the winter of 1805-1806. Really rather small. Nice educational site with reenactors, guides and things to look at concerning L & C and surrounding area. Fun stop for family and a nice gift shop....More

Very enjoyable way to spent a couple of hours or most of a day. Enjoyed the museum-watched both movies-both of which are well done. The fort is smaller than expected but is a nice replica of the original. We took time to walk a couple...More
