The bars and restaurants along River St are very good and cater for every price range. Spanky's was particularly good value.

I have visited River street throughout my life and have loved it each time. Now that I'm older I have a greater appreciation for it. It's simply beautiful...I love it. You can't visit Savannah and not take a walk on River Street. 💕💕

We stayed in a hotel on the riverfront and enjoyed walking the cobblestone streets looking in the shops along the way. There are many restaurants and historical sites lining the street. The ferry tours board in this area as well. It's a fun lively place.

Just spent some time walking along. Great for views and people watching. Little shops to browse and eateries to call in for lunch

We only tried 2 on the river. fiddler's Crab House & Huey's. Both were good. outside of that, our worst meal was at Lady & Son's (it wasn't bad; but it wasn't great). The Old Pink House is a must!
