The Bisitors Center is a great way to have an o ervuew of the city. There is a great movie which gi es a wo derful hostory of the city for her visitors.

Most of the access to River Street is by stairs but you can find elevators at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at the corner of Bay Street and Bull Street that will take you down to River Street.
