This Museum has something for everyone. An old fashion soda and ice cream place, history on everything Fort Smith. A MUST-SEE if you are a museum person.

This museum is a walk through the days of the 1800's. There is something for every history buff here, male and female. Lots of information on the exhibits. We spent two hours!

Great , well presented local history and well staffed with people very willing to help you. Do not miss their historical drug store/ fountain.

The museum has two floors of Fort Smith history that addresses racial history and events. The Trail of Tears is close. The museum can also be used for meetings and events. Judge Parker's hanging arena are also on the grounds. Handicap parking and an elevator...More
