I've seen kayaks, sailboards and various other selfpropeled boats, including those from a very distinquished Rowing Club who claims vancouver Lake as there home venue, but no motorized boats are allowed and I haven't noticed any boat rental consessions while there ..... that doesn't mean there aren't any during special events or occasions. Some have told me they do, but I would Call Clark County Parks for firs hand details.
