This is a very well maintained beach, walking on the boardwalk was very relaxing. After the beach we explored nearby floating centre called Araaragot and this was a lovely way to finish our day off. The price for one hour float was amazingly cheap, we...More

We enjoyed a stroll on the beach, lunch at an outdoor café with a great view of the water and then a leisurely walk along Brighton Beach Avenue with all its Russian themed enterprises; it really does live up to nicknames such as "Little Odessa."...More

We toke the subway directly from Manhattan to Brighton Beach, and it was about 45 min from Upper Westside. We had a great day at the beach and there a tons of shops just around the corner.

This is really good place who would love to breathe by heart, walk in sand or just have a good time with family and friends during humid and hot days of summer))))

This is a very large beach with great access to the ocean, served by the subway and surrounded by big apartment buildings Popular but not pretty.

Went to Brighton Beach for a Friday jaunt and found all kinds of wonderful treats! T-shirts, food, Russian jewelry boxes and fur coats! I will be back!

Get off Brighton Beach subway station. Walk up to the board walk. The board walk goes all the way to Coney Island. Maybe a mile or more. You can take the same subway back from CI. Don't miss walking around Brighton streets... More
