We walked about 3/4 mile along the Promenade, visited Plymouth Church and had dinner along Montague. Views are great. Plenty of seating if you want to rest or take it all in.

On a clear day, lower Manhattan is easily seen. The Promenade is in Brooklyn Heights, one of Brooklyn's fanciest neighborhoods...There are a lot of restaurants on Montague Street, and the Brooklyn Historical Society is nearby. Worth going to see the skyline and wander the area....More

You'll recognize the view from countless movies and TV shows. At the base of Montague Street in brooklyn Heights....in itself worth a visit and certainly a meal in one of its great restaurants.

Breathtaking views. A must see for tourists and frequently visited by native New Yorker s such as myself. Although I'm not currently lining in the area I grew up a few miles away and attended nursery school on montague street. Plenty of Restaurants close by....More
