Never been to the museum, was built in 1916 and is still in existence. Lots of interesting things to see

We paid to go in here it was around $5, so very cheap. It has lots of memorabilia from through out the ages of Coney. A film of past Coney & lots of interesting art & signs to look at. The staff are really helpful & will answer any questions. A very sweet museum well worth $5.

If you want food, rides, walking, baseball, or the beach it's here. So much to do. We go for baseball and hot dogs. Lost of new rollercoaster. The charm is back.

On a recent visit to New York, our main intention was to visit the Coney Island museum, as well as the famous Coney Island Freak Show. Small but perfectly formed, the museum resides in an old restaurant building. A wide range of relics from Coney's varied history displayed in an unpretentious and informative way. Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff on hand to explain and contextualise further. The bar downstairs is friendly and has a variety of local drinks. We love Coney Island and we love the... More

It in a smallish shop front, nearly oposite the subway station at the back of the Broadwalk. There's an old theatre at the back with raised wooden seating. There was a bunch of people waiting around. Transpited they... More

Be sure if you make the long journey that the museum is going to be open. Could view due to a wedding function.
