In this high-tech fun-filled museum you won't find any "do not touch" or "keep off" signs. Children are encouraged to make full use of the creative, hands-on exhibits such as a Sabbath dinner table big enough to walk on, a working television newsroom where they can file a report on the Chanukah story, a supermarket and kitchen where the rules of kosher come alive though role-play, and a cityscape where faith, charity, and other concepts are presented in "real-life" settings.

Great Museum for Jewish Kids

To be clear, this is a museum in the manner of the Lubavitch sect of Judaism. I think that non-Jews would be confused as to what is going on. My son loved this museum as it really... read more

To be clear, this is a museum in the manner of the Lubavitch sect of Judaism. I think that non-Jews would be confused as to what is going on. My son loved this museum as it really brought bible stories to life. They have a great arts and craft area. We easily spend four hours at this location. The main... More

The Chabad Chasidim are world famous for making G-d and Judaism popular and understandable. The presentations are top of the line, the staff delightful and the exhibits are always fresh and inviting. Don't let the name Children's mislead you! There's something there for everyone. I am not Chabad but I always enjoy visiting and encourage out of town guests to... More

From the time you walk in to the time you leave the activities that they have for children are amazing. My Godson never leaves my side. Once we got into the museum I did not see him again. He was so amazed with the place that he was ready to explore on his own. Even us adults enjoyed the museum... More

This museum has hands-on sections for children. It describes the Jewish way of living in modern-day and of years ago. There are exhibits of the matriarchs and patriarchs, the great sites of Israel, photos and models of the Temple and Tabernacle. It is extremely well done and is visited by young and older alike.

It's not that large,, and there's not that much to do compared to a really large municipal children's museum, but it's great for younger kids of the orthodox Jewish crowd.

We spent almost a whole day in the museum with our 4 children. That was a terrific day. Every one found something interesting to do and to learn included the adults. I warmly recommend this place and think that it would be great to create similar places in all capitale in the world. Just go and enjoy!

My Kids simply loved every minute! I could only wish that I entered earlier, as we had to rush some areas of the museum.

A fun place to bring the kids and explore some Jewish History. This is a hands on museum. Craft times for kids and 3-4 floors of various exhibits! Great educational experience on Judaism! Fun for the family!
