Ok view of the lake but nothing spectacular. Nice to see water for a change from canyons and rock formations. Dont go out of your way but you can see the lake from the highway.

Lake Powell was formed when the Glen Canyon Dam was built. There are many water based activities available, particularly from the marina area at Wahreap. The desert landscape is lovely to see, particularly the rich colours and the reflections on the water.
