So we did this and it was nice but you can drive up the Gatlinburg Bypass and get a view of downtown at or higher than this height for free.

Great view of the city (downtown area) of Gatlinburg from this site. Not sure what they charge now to go up, but it does have some great views.

It’s really roomy up on the top, I’m afraid of heights but really enjoyed this. We took our 5 kids to the top the last night of our trip and they all loved it also. I’d love to go during the day to see the...More

We really enjoyed the views from the top of the Space Needle. Its amazing how far you can see, and your ticket is good for 24 hours I believe, so you can see the city in the day and at night!

Great view of Gatlinburg and the mountains. I liked how you can lean against the railing and feel the structure swaying in the wind. The family deal is the best price. It's for 2 adults and 2 children and allows you you go up twice,...More

The view from atop the Gatlinburg Space Needle is, after all, the most important part of this attraction, and it’s beautiful. That said, everything leading up to that view is pretty dated and in great need of at least paint. The entry to the Needle...More

Out of all the things you could possibly do in Gatlinburg, this will be about the last thing I would recommend if not for the great views at the top. This worn out old structure looks like it could fall over while riding the elevator,...More

We have ridden up twice and enjoyed it. We enjoyed the show a few years back, and the games are also fun.

We went to the Gatlinburg Space nNedle and it was a pretty amazing view but that's about it. There's really nothing much going on up there, it was a little disappointing. I did get a little vertigo looking down coz it's way up there!

i think it was like $10 for adults and $6 for kids. You get to return once for free within 24 hours of your first ride to the top so you can go up once at night and once during the day.

There was little to no wait time for the elevator. The view was much better during the day, but the city lights were gorgeous at night. Plus it was much cooler!

The elevator goes fairly slowly, but I don't know if pets are allowed. You have to go through a Game Center to buy your tickets and get onto the elevator. Why don't you try their website and /or call them.
