The Alleppey beach is a great beach with very little tourists as compared to its other counterparts across Kerala. The sunset view from here is an absolute delight to watch

Quite a lengthy beach well kept and with a quite soothing looks and scenery. Traveller friendly facilities are also available. Area around has a fine old colonial look. Worth a visit.

There are better beaches nearby and you would do well to ask around. We found the lighthouse nearby but it was closed.

Little crowded beach during evenings. The sunset is very beautiful. The beach has good number of corn vendors, pop corn vendors, pineapple marinated, bajji. I could not remember any descent restuarants close by. Good parking for four wheelers

Alapuzha beach is a very clean beach with adequate place for walkers/strollers/children etc. Food stalls are a little away and so beach isn't littered. Coast guards are present to warn people and rescue in an emergency. Toilet facilities can be better
