A Different experience !

This temple is dedicated entirely to Nagas (Snakes) .It is a very popular temple .The temple doesn't offer access inside the temple and you can pray from outside .

This temple is dedicated entirely to Nagas (Snakes) .It is a very popular temple .The temple doesn't offer access inside the temple and you can pray from outside .

Its a good and temple and everyone must be there in festival time. I've been there in recent festival with my friend gokul. There you can see Ayillyam oottu and etc.

It is a scared temple were Naga ( Snake) is presiding deity at the temple. Woman is the priest and performs puja at the temple. It is little more than an hour drive from Alleppey

We visited Mannarasala Sree Nagaraja Temple during our visit to Kerala and it is at a distance of 2 km from Haripad and 30 km from Alleppey city. Mannarasala is one of the most sacred temple in India.Every year on 24th oct they celebrate Ayilyam.Temple is very clean and well maintained.

It is a good temple but heavily commercialized. It was very crowded when we went there. Accessibility is good and roads are in good condition.

It is famous temple dedicated to Sri Nagaraja diety. Ample parking space is available. Vehicle can be taken till temple compound. Dress code is not there as they don't allow people to enter Sanctum sanctorum. Temple is really a nice experience and lot of people were offering gingely oil to Temple. After Sabarimala dharshan,we went to this temple for the first time.We have never seen such a temple amidst forest trees,well maintained & snake sculptures all around!!Oh...really superb.Subramanya temple & Krishna temple are in the same way close to each other.Kindly visit these temples during sabari malai yathra.

Men - wear mundu and women - wear saree. Nothing else allowed. Temple of the snake god and taken care by the amma who lives inside the temple.
